The countdown to who will become the nation's next president has begun! Five days remain until Election Day (Nov. 6) and Jay-Z is helping to spread the word on the right candidate for the job. The Brooklyn-born MC will throw his support behind President Obama once again, as he's set to perform at Monday's (Nov. 5) campaign stop in Columbus, Ohio.

Hov will also have the honor of introducing President Obama at the rally in Ohio, which is deemed as a "swing state" -- a U.S. state where voters are liable to swing from one political party to another.

Rocker Bruce Springsteen is also set to perform.

The Commander-in-Chief and the Reasonable Doubt creator are no strangers. Obama revealed that Jay was among those artists he listens to regularly on his iPod and Jigga hosted a campaign fundraiser for him, with the help of Beyonce, in September.
