Jay-Z has made some high profile business moves over the past decade, but he's circling back to his native Brooklyn for his next venture. The rap mogul has partnered with his mother Gloria Carter and his sister Andrea to invest in a BK buffalo wing restaurant dubbed Buffalo Boss, which is partially owned by his cousin Jamar White.

The restaurant, located on Fulton Street in the NYC borough, prides itself on providing customers with 100 percent organic chicken with no trans-fat or hormones. The establishment has already made a positive impact on the local community with a special offer to high achieving students at a middle school, providing the incentive of free food in exchange for good grades.

Buffalo Bill is the latest addition to Jay's growing investment in the restaurant industry. The Brooklyn native owns a stake in West Village gastro pub The Spotted Pig, which is also partially owned by renowned chef Mario Batali. He also helped launch the successful sports bar chain, the 40/40 Club, in 2003, with current locations in midtown Manhattan and Atlantic City.
