Jay Z Introduces ‘Gold’ Men’s Cologne

Jay Z isn't letting the bad publicity from Barneys New York deter him from making moves. His latest venture is in the men's fragrance department.

The Roc Nation founder is set to release his first men's cologne, Jay Z Gold. It's the latest item to be added to the collection Jay Z has with Barneys. The fragrance will hit the store's shelves on Nov. 20 before it's sold at other retailers like Macy's, Sephora and Nordstrom.

The name Gold was chosen out of 3,200 possible titles, according to AllHipHop.com. Jay Z smelled the cologne and said, "This is the s---; it's gold,' according to Donald J. Loftus, president of fragrance manufacturer Parlux Ltd. That's a scene we can totally see happening.

Jay Z Gold will be sold at prices ranging from $39-$70 when it's released nationwide.
