Jay-Z seems to love fusing the best of both hip-hop and R&B worlds when it comes to his touring partners. This time around the Brooklyn native will head out with singer Ciara for a 10-city, cross-country tour to begin this summer. Ciara confirmed the news via her Twitter page. "I will say it because the information has been leaked...me and Jay-Z will be doing a 10-city tour run together! More details coming soon."

Although the two have yet to collaborate musically, Ciara appeared in ads for Jay's Rocawear clothing line, during the 'I Will Not Loose' campaign in 2007. The ads, which were inspired by Jay himself, featured snapshots of both celebrities and everyday people that have overcome obstacles. Additionally, the campaign included video testimonials in which each participant shared personal stories of triumph and strength.

Ciara is currently promoting her third album 'Fantasy Ride,' which was released May 5. Last week, she appeared on 'Saturday Night Live' to perform her current singles 'Never Ever' and 'Love Sex Magic,' alongside Justin Timberlake.

Jay's heavily anticipated 'Blueprint 3' album is due in stores sometime this year. According to reports, the mogul is in Hawaii working on tracks for the album with Rihanna and Kanye West.

Last summer, the 39-year-old toured with R&B diva Mary J. Blige on the successful 'Heart of the City' tour, and most famously with R. Kelly for their ill-fated 'Best of Both Worlds' jaunt.
