After six season of performing hilarious impressions of rappers and celebrities, funnyman Jay Pharoah is leaving Saturday Night Live.

On Tuesday (Aug. 9), NBC announced that Pharoah, and another cast member Taran Killam, won’t return for the show’s 42nd season. Both are known for their celebrity impressions on the long-running sketch-comedy series.

Pharoah has delivered some hilarious moments on SNL with mostly his impressions of your favorite rappers including Drake, Jay Z and Kanye West.

Among his most funniest skits includes Pharoah turning Kim and Kanye's music video for "Bound 2" into a Christmas song. In another skit, the comedian pokes fun at Usher's song "Good Kisser". And of course, who can forget his hilarious parody of Drake's "Hotline Bling" video. Among Pharoah's movie credits include cameo appearances in Ride Along and Chris Rock's flick, Top Five.

The 28-year-old comedian is currently headlining his own comedy tour through the summer. You can peep his itinerary below.

We wish Jay Pharoah the best of luck on his new ventures. Thank you for making us laugh on SNL.
