It's been over three months since Janet Jackson announced her split from husband Wissam Al Mana, and now, Jackson's brother Randy claims the singer felt like "a prisoner in her own home."

Speaking with People, Randy said "enough is enough" and detailed what Janet was going through. "There's a lot of pain. Janet's been through a lot with her divorce. I've been through a lot, we all have."

The Jackson 5 member, who has been attending court proceedings with his sister, said problems in Janet and Al Mana's relationship came towards the end of things. Randy claimed, "It was quite an abusive situation."

He added, "It came on later in the relationship, verbal abuse and being [made to feel like] a prisoner in her own home. No pregnant woman needs to go through being called a bitch everyday. There were things like that. That's what she went through."

While Randy claims the abuse was not physical, he says he felt the need to help his sister earlier this year. "I told her, 'You've got to move in with me or I'm going to go over there and there's going to be hell.' She was really pissed off. I told her, 'I don't care anymore. I'm tired of it. It's too much.'"

Attorneys for Al Mana dismissed the claims, stating, "Mr. Al Mana is not going to dignify these particular and deeply hurtful allegations with a response.

After getting married in 2012 and having a child in January, Jackson and Al Mana have been battling in London courts since April.
