Jamie Foxx is going big for his 43rd birthday. The actor/singer received a horse as a gift from his management, and told Ellen DeGeneres on her daytime talk show yesterday that he plans to celebrate full throttle all month. "I'm gonna get arrested!" he joked. "I want to get arrested." For now, he's keeping the party going with music from his new album 'Best Night of My Life,' due on Dec. 21. Foxx performed the new album cut 'Fall for Your Type' on 'Ellen,' and was accompanied by Drake, who jumped in with some rhymes during the second half of the track. Ellen later gifted the rapper with a sled, complete with a sound system and rims.

Four tunes have been previewed already from Foxx's followup to 2008's 'Intuition,' all of them collaborations. the first was the Justin Timberlake and T.I.-assisted 'Winner,' followed by 'Living Better Now' with Rick Ross, 'Fall for Your Type,' and most recently 'Yep Dat's Me.' The latter surfaced Sunday with both Soulja Boy and Ludacris contributing to a more party vibe on the tune.
