Young Money rapper, Jae Millz, missed his chance to take the stage during XXL's Freshmen Class concert at New York City's Highline Ballroom on Wednesday, March 31, due to a run-in with the law. Millz was apparently en route to the concert, when New Jersey police pulled him over for driving without a license.

After spending the better half of his night in a jail cell, Millz directed a series of angry Twitter messages toward the Jersey cops who ruined his plans. "F--- ALL New Jersey Cops!!! Especially the Teaneck Police Department!!!" he wrote. "They just f---ed up my while nite!! I just spent my last 2 hours in a punk a-- NJ jail cell!!!!. Shout out 2 Office J. Abraham Jr for totally f---ing up night!!" Although Millz was not on the original bill for the event, he revealed that he was scheduled to make a surprise appearance with Cam'ron and Vado, who both performed at the show. "Well since now the surprise is ruined!! Might as well let ya'll kno [Cam'ron] & [Vado] was bringing me out 2nite," he explained.

The Harlem rapper relayed further details of his arrest on Ustream, explaining that the cops had hassled him about his career and even questioned the authenticity of his clothing and jewelry. "Punk ass cop had the nerve 2 ask me was my jewelry & Louis Vuitton belt & wallet real!!! smh bet u wish it wasn't!!!" he said.

It is not clear whether official charges were filed against Millz.
