Ahead of the release of album SYRE: A Beautiful ConfusionJaden Smith appeared on The Late Late Show With James Corden to perform his new song "Watch Me."

Taking the stage by moon-walking, Smith delivered an extremely energetic performance for his rock-influenced song. The rapper had the crowd going wild as he showed of his dance moves.

Smith's album is set for a Nov. 17 release. Named after his middle name, Smith made the announcement on Instagram with a series of elaborate pictures and videos. The rapper then uploaded a number of photos and videos that when put together, create a collage featuring the album's title and a photo of him sitting on the ground. "I Cordially Invite You To Visit SYRE Land Via My Instagram. 3 Years In The Making Thank You," he wrote.

Beyond music, Smith is set to star in an upcoming movie which chronicles the raw New York City subculture of skate queens. The as-yet-untitled movie is based on a real all-girl NYC skate team called "Skate Kitchen" which the director spotted in the city park one day and decided to document the girls on film. The film just wrapped principal filming by director Crystal Moselle, best known for winning the U.S. Documentary Grand Jury Prize at Sundance Film Festival in 2015. This will be Moselle's narrative feature debut. Smith also just wrapped up production on Life In A Year with Cara Delevingne and Cuba Gooding Jr.
