Horrorcore hip-hop staples Insane Clown Posse are going head-to-head with the FBI. The duo is suing the federal government because of a harassment claim that dates back to 2011.

ICP members Violent J and Shaggy 2 Dope claims a 2011 FBI report violated their rights by referring to their fans -- dubbed Juggalos -- as a "loosely organized hybrid gang." The say the label has subjected their fans to unfair harassment by law enforcement officials.

Instances include one fan being stopped for wearing ICP clothing and another being forced to remove his ICP-inspired tattoos to join the military. "It is wrong to designate the entire group of supporters as a criminal gang based on the acts of a few," the rappers say. "We're not a gang. We're a family."

ICP claims the gang label violates their right to free speech and to associate with whoever they please.
