Imprisoned Rapper Max B to Release Debut on March 29
Incarcerated rapper Max B may be in prison until the year 2100, but that hasn't stopped him from releasing his long-awaited debut album. According to reports, the former Dipset affiliate will finally release 'Vigalante Season' on March 29th, via Massachusetts record label Amalgam Digital.
Max signed a reported six-figure, three-album deal with Amalgam in 2008, but his career was abruptly halted when he was imprisoned in 2009, after being found guilty of nine murder conspiracy charges stemming from a botched 2006 robbery. He is currently attempting to appeal the court's 75-year sentence, and claims to be expecting release as early as this coming summer.
Though not much is known about 'Vigilante Season,' longtime collaborator Dame Grease is said to be handling the majority of the production. Dame helmed the first single from the title, 'Money Make Me Feel Better.' Check the visual, which dropped yesterday below.
