Rising rhymer ILoveMemphis turned the stage into one big party during his performance of "Hit the Quan" at the 2015 BET Hip Hop Awards Tuesday (Oct. 13).

Arriving onstage in a referee outfit (looking like he came straight from work at Foot Locker), the young turn up enthusiast had everyone in the audience doing the dance to accompany his upbeat track. Even Snoop Dogg -- and a few women surrounding him -- couldn't help flexing their footwork.

With a team of colorfully clothed kids backing him up, Memphis, who no longer goes by iHeartMemphis, performed the fairly simple lyrics to the song (inspired by rapper Rich Homie Quan) all while running everywhere onstage. "I heart Memphis but I also love dancing," he delivers.

He also jumped in the audience to get some of the first row in on the act. The performance ended as many parties do -- in a soul train line. With some doo-doo brown moves and something similar to the "Whip/Nae Nae," everyone was rocking out to Memphis' hit.

Before the show, BET caught up with the muse for the sensational song. "It feel good knowing that your music is inspiring people," said Rich Homie Quan during rehearsals at the BET Hip Hop Awards. "I salute iHeartMemphis and anyone who does the dance."

As a result of his song, which started off as a video for the #HitTheQuanChallenge dance contest, iLoveMemphis has signed new record deal with RECORDS, in association with Palm Tree Entertainment and Rush Hour Entertainment.

He's sold over 300,000 singles of the song and the original video for "Hit the Quan" has over 35 million views on YouTube. Not bad for a newbie. Catch iLoveMemphis on the on the Hit The Quan Tour.
