Iggy Azalea may not want a sex tape to come out but Jefe Wine, her ex-boyfriend and former manager, claims the rapper signed off on the visual, making it legal for him to sell and promote it.

According to TMZ, in 2009, the Aussie rap star signed typical management paperwork, which gave Wine the rights to "manufacture, sell, distribute and advertise any recording embodying visual images." It's likely Azalea only applied the language to music videos and recording songs. But Wine thinks all he needs to do is place music under the sex tape in order to have the exclusive rights to sell it.

The 'Fancy' rapper initially denied there was even a tape of herself at all last week, but still took the time to blast those who were looking for one. "Obviously, I've seen the news feed today and I just want to say....I don't have a sex tape, but for the record...Anyone who releases or attempts to make profit off someone else's intimate moments against their will is a sex offender," she wrote via Twitter. "And it honestly makes me sick to see the media encourage any other attitude towards those sorts of people, we should want to protect our women."

But Azalea's lawyer, just hours after she blasted rumors of a tape, said she might just be the woman featured in the video. The lawyer reveals that the footage was likely shot “without her knowledge or consent.”
