The death of Hussein Fatal has left the hip-hop community with a heavy heart and some questions. New information emerges regarding the deadly car accident that took the life of the Outlawz member.

According to accessWDUN, Fatal’s girlfriend, Zanetta L. Yearby, who was the driver of the car, was hit with a slew of charges including DUI, first-degree vehicular homicide and reckless driving. The charges stem from the car accident that happened in Gainesville, Ga., on July 11.

According to Cpl. Dallas Vanscoten of Georgia State Patrol, Yearby's black Dodge Challenger was traveling south on Interstate 85 at Georgia 15 (U.S. 441), when the vehicle crashed near the exit about 2:30 a.m. Fatal, whose real name is Bruce Edward Washington, Jr., was ejected from the vehicle, and died instantly at the scene.

Along with this sad news, Fatal's family put up a fundraising campaign to help with funeral costs and care for the late rapper's children. Using the crowd-sourcing website GoFundMe, the family raised over $10,000 in donations, which have exceeded their original goal.

Fatal's body will return to his home of Montclair, N.J., where his funeral will be held.

We send our heartfelt condolences to the family and friends of Hussein Fatal. May he rest in peace.
