Hieroglyphics, one of the longest-standing West Coast hip-hop collectives, have decided to ring in their 20th anniversary with a special tour of California. The crew, which is led by tongue-twisting eccentric Del The Funky Homosapien, will play six dates on the West Coast with the backing of a new video game entitled 'Marvel Vs. Capcom 3.'

The full group includes Del, Souls of Mischief, Pep Love, Domino, Casual and DJ Toure, and each member will perform at each date. Del's album 'I Wish My Brother George Was Here' marked the group's emergence on the rap scene two decades ago and should get some special notice at each gig.

"We're looking forward to celebrating the past, with this being the 20 year anniversary of Del's 'I Wish My Brother George Was Here,' and also to give fans a preview of what we have coming up; the whole crew is planning a variety of new projects for 2011," group member Tajai recently told AllHipHop.com. "And, in a time of impersonal communication, it'll be fun to interact with the fans face-to-face."

Here are the full tour dates:

January 22: Flagstaff, Ariz., The Green Room

January 23: Los Angeles, Calif., Key Club
