Snootie Wild might have entered the rap game a little late age-wise, but he's still further than many artists. The Memphis-born rhymer turns 30 today (April 23).

Born LePreston Porter, Snootie Wild is mostly recognized for 2014's "Yayo," a colorful anthem dedicated to the white stuff. The single's modest chart success doesn't quite show how much of a mainstay the song was in clubs during its peak popularity. "Yayo" got that extra push from fellow Memphis rhymer Yo Gotti, who remixed the song for his Nov 19th: The Mixtape. T.I. eventually hopped on a remix, while Fabolous, Jadakiss, French Montana and YG gave their own star-studded rendition.

Snootie has been a welcomed live performer since then, appearing at SXSW and on Yo Gotti's national tour. He hasn't released an album yet, but at least there's another hit to his name. He teamed up with K Camp for "Made Me," which trades in the melody of "Yayo" for some chest-thumping urgency. Snootie Wild probably does have more hits under his belt, but for now, at least he got himself some guest appearances on Love & Hip Hop.
