GuruThe fans of hip-hop pioneer Guru have banded together to show their dislike for his friend and business partner MC Solar, by launching a website against him. Titled F---Solar.com, the site works to discredit Solar's statements surrounding his relationship with the Gang Starr rapper and overall musical career.

"We started this website because we believe that there is one place for 'Super producer' Solar, and that is jail," the website reads. Motivated by "the love of hip-hop," the site hopes to stop Solar from "tarnishing Guru's legacy." "We are ready for war. Are you?" it addresses Solar. They also encourage visitors to send in any pertinent information about him.

Solar has been at the forefront of speculation leading up to and following Guru's death. Aside from family members who have blamed Solar for their estrangement from the Boston native, many in the hip-hop community questioned the authenticity of a letter written by Guru before his passing. In the letter, Guru blasted his former group member DJ Premier and requested that all tributes and awards be accepted and approved by Solar. "At the end of the day, Guru's statement is Guru's statement," Solar said in an interview. "It's my intention that everybody understand I foster the concepts of peace and harmony."

Guru died April 20 following a year-long bout with cancer. A public memorial is scheduled for July 17 to commemorate what would have been his 49th birthday.
