Even with the arrival of next-gen consoles this holiday season, 'Grand Theft Auto V' -- which will only be available on PS3 and Xbox 360 -- remains one of the most anticipated releases of the year. We've seen plenty of teasers and trailers already, but now Rockstar Games has unveiled the first official gameplay trailer.

The nearly five-minute clip showcases the first scenes of actual in-game footage -- and yes, it's as ridiculous as you might have hoped. The trailer walks us through 'GTA V's semi-comical storyline, three playable characters, vast, diverse locations, options for customization and even non-mission past times (you can play frigging tennis if you want to!)

As if we weren't already excited for 'GTA V,' it looks like the game will be everything you enjoyed from the previous titles, and then some. Available to pre-order now, 'Grand Theft Auto V' hits shelves September 17.
