With just over a month until his eagerly-anticipated 'These Things Happen' LP arrives, Oakland MC and The Boombox favorite G-Eazy returns with a brand new track off the upcoming project. Having already delivered monster records with Devon Baldwin ('Let's Get Lost') and E-40 and Jay Ant ('Far Alone'), the multi-talented rapper/songwriter joins forces with Remo for 'I Mean It.'

While occupying the same post-hyphy lane as a lot of his other big releases, this is definitely one of G-Eazy's darker efforts to date with Remo providing both a pained hook and some seriously ominous production. Eazy comes up good on his end by channeling the energy into a pair of aggressive, braggadocios verses.

"Listen, I'm telling you / It's my world, I does what I wish to / If you're mad, well too bad / It sounds like a personal issue," he spits with steely confidence.

'I Mean It,' which you can stream above, is available as a free download when you pre-order 'These Things Happen' on iTunes. The album drops June 23 and features further guest spots from A$AP Ferg, Danny Seth and ohn Michael Rouchell. Read our recent interview with G-Eazy here.
