With six solo albums to his name, Future has now picked up his second platinum album. On Thursday, it was announced that Future’s 2017 album, FUTURE, had been certified platinum.

“Props to @1future on new Platinum for #Future. 1 of just 5 Platinum (or higher) 2017 albums! @Epic_Records,” a tweet from the Recording Industry Association of America read.

As the tweet pointed out, Future’s self-titled project is only the fifth album of 2017 to go platinum, joining Ed Sheeran’s ÷, Migos’ Culture, Kendrick Lamar’s DAMN. and JAY-Z’s 4:44.

FUTURE becomes the rapper’s second platinum for a solo album after DS2 and his third platinum album after his collaboration with Drake on What a Time to Be Alive.
