Future Wins in Custody Battle Against Ciara Over Baby Future

Bad news for Ciara. The "Goodies" singer lost her custody battle against Future.

Ci-Ci petitioned the judge for full custody of their son, Future Zahir Wilburn, after citing that the Freebandz leader is unfit to care for their one-year-old son because of his alleged lean drinking habits.

According to TMZ, the judge fell in favor of the Atlanta rapper-producer and granted joint custody instead. TMZ also caught up with the Jackie creator, but she had no words for the cameraman who asked her a number of questions.

Ciara also filed a $15 million defamation lawsuit against him after he called her a "bitch" on Twitter. Future countersued soon after with the argument that it's not possible to defame Ciara since she isn't famous enough to do so. Ouch!

In the meantime, Baby Future's second birthday is coming up on Thursday (May 19). We hope that Future and Ciara can share the joyous occasion amicably. Also, Ciara is set to co-host the Billboard Music Awards this Sunday (May 22) alongside Ludacris.
