Looks like Freddie Gibbs avoided arrest and a jail visit after Transportation Security Administration officials -- otherwise known as TSA -- found marijuana in his suitcase while he headed to Denver, Colo. for a show alongside West Coast rhymer Fashawn, and failed to report the illegal drug.

Gibbs, signed to Young Jeezy's Corporate Thugz Entertainment imprint, traveled to Denver for a show at Cervantes' Masterpiece Ballroom on Dec. 14. The 29-year-old, who's known for his fondness for smoking weed, checked his bags before he boarded his flight. Upon landing and going in his baggage, Gibbs found a TSA inspection note that read the contents of his bag were reviewed. However, the note had some added information on it.

"The TSA found my weed and let me keep it. They just left me a note. 'C'mon Son'. Lol http://instagr.am/p/ZLl-G/," he wrote via Twitter on Wednesday, supplying evidence that the TSA did indeed write him a note.

The Gary, Ind., native was not arrested nor was the marijuana confiscated as proved in the photo he provided.

On the music front, Young Jeezy threw the spotlight toward the rapper in The BoomBox exclusive interview. "Shouts out to Gangsta Gibbs -- Freddie Gibbs -- out of Gary, Ind. He's a big deal," Jeezy said, reminding fans to look out for his forthcoming projects.
