Though Brooklyn rapper Foxy Brown avoided several felony charges recently, her brother Gavin "Pretty Boy" Marchand may not be so lucky.

Foxy's brother pleaded not guilty to felony identity theft charges on Sept. 16, and -- while still in the Manhattan Supreme Court building -- was arrested for another unconnected crime.

"They're re-arresting him for grand larceny," Marchand's lawyer Herman Wun explained. Though his second crime has yet to be revealed, he is likely facing three-and-a-half to seven years if convicted, according to the district attorney's office. Foxy's brother was initially arrested last month in possession of forged credit cards, after attempting to use them at a Hermes store on Madison Avenue in New York.

Meanwhile, Foxy is due back in court on November 16 for violating a court order barring her from contact with her neighbor, for which she is likely facing community service. Busy family.
