The reception for Flying Lotus’ movie Kuso at the 2017 Sundance Film Festival was mixed as the film reportedly made people walkout and vomit at various screenings.

The musician-filmmaker acknowledged on Twitter that his experimental movie did cause several audience members to walk out but it a relatively small number of people. "It was only like 20 people out of like 400 who walked out," he tweeted. "Wasn't as dramatic as they make it out to be. I tried to warn folks."

FlyLo's Kuso has been described as an irreverent film that boasts images of bodily excrements from multiple orifices and disgusting scenes of deviant behavior. A few critics have called it the "grossest movie ever made." The film features funnyman Hannibal Buress and funk legend George Clinton, among others.

The reception for Kuso isn't slowing down Flying Lotus. The producer is planning to film his next movie, which he says is going to be "Sci-Fi-ishh."
