Veteran rapper Flavor Flav is in trouble with the law again. The Public Enemy member was arrested on Thursday (May 21) in Las Vegas on suspicion of driving under the influence.

According to TMZ, the Nevada Highway Patrol witnessed the P.E. rhymer speeding (he was reportedly driving 73 mph in a 45 mph zone) in his black BMW shortly after midnight. After the police stopped his car, Flav was hit with multiple charges.

The list of violations are as follows: suspicion of driving under the influence, marijuana possession, driving with an open container of alcohol in a vehicle, driving with a suspended vehicle registration and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

The 56-year-old entertainer was able to post $7,000 bail and was later released.

This isn’t Flav’s first time getting caught speeding by cops. In January 2014, he was arrested for speeding in Long Island, N.Y. -- right before he was to attend his mother’s funeral. When police stopped him, they found him in possession of marijuana.

Just a suggestion to Flav: get an Uber next time.

Attorneys for Flavor Flav have no comment on the matter.
