Fetty Wap came under fire for a now deleted tweet in which he said his kids were mixed so #AllLivesMatter.

The rapper went on Twitter last night (July 7) to share his thoughts and was dragged by fans for his remarks. He later apologized for his words, saying that he didn't understand what the hashtag meant.

"It wasn't meant that way, that's why I deleted it," Fetty wrote on Instagram. "Someone explained to me the meaning behind the hashtag."

He later added on Twitter, "I didn't mean to disrespect anyone... but I won't post anymore on the subject. I apologize."

At least dude owned up to his mistake and apologized for his words, unlike other celebrities who have recently offered ill-informed opinions (looking at you, Bobby V). Unfortunately, that didn't stop upset fans from dragging him on Twitter for a while.
