Fat Joe usually stays out of trouble, but after his show Sunday night in Madison, Wis., he got caught up in a rough situation. Following his performance at the Orpheum Theater, the Terror Squad chief and his entourage hopped in a limo headed for their hotel with an unnamed 33-year-old woman who alleges that the crew engaged her in 'inappropriate touching' and sexual harassment.

After some time, the woman reported the incident to Madison police, who questioned the rapper and his crew in connection with her statement. Though Joe and his associates have been released and were not arrested, the investigation is still ongoing and both parties will most likely have to revisit the case.

This isn't the first time the platinum-selling rapper has had a run-in with 5-0, with the New York Police Department shutting down his video shoot for his single 'Hey Joe' back in April 2009 after the size of the crowd grew to magnanimous proportions. He has also recently been faced with tax debt problems, with the IRS pinning him with a tax lien in New Jersey and his bank suing him for more than $139,000 in unpaid state and federal taxes from 2008.

The rapper, whose real name is Joseph Cartagena, released his last album 'Jealous Ones Still Envy 2 (J.O.S.E. 2)' in 2009, debuting at number 73 on the Billboard album chart. His tenth studio album 'The Darkside Vol. 1', which features production from DJ Premier, Cool & Dre, Just Blaze and more, is currently slated for a July 27 release date.
