TMZ reports that Faith Evans is being sued by concert promoter in Atlanta for breaking her deal to perform at Wolf Creek Amphitheater next month on Sept. 10.

The promoter, Jeremy Hill, reportedly paid Faith $17,500 for her appearance but thing went bad when Faith agreed to tour with Diddy for the Bad Boy Reunion tour, because the dates conflicted with her previously scheduled show. The Bad Boy Reunion tour is scheduled to stop in Atlanta on Sept. 8, which is in violation of Faith’s non-compete clause. The stipulation said she can’t perform within a 100 mile radius of HIll’s booked gig during the 6 months leading up to Sept. 10.

Faith apparently wanted to back out of the deal but Hill wasn’t having it. Instead, he decided to sue the singer. His suit focuses on two main points–one, he wants to block Faith from performing in Atlanta during the Bad Boy reunion show and two, he wants $100,000 for losing Faith at the last minute.

There’s been no word thus far from Faith’s camp. But hopefully things can get settled in time for her to make an appearance at the much-anticipated Bad Boy show without consequence. Thus far, the all-star tour has been well-received; with even Jay Z joining the tour stop in Brooklyn earlier this summer.
