Fabolous took to Twitter this week to let impatient fans know that he felt it necessary to postpone his upcoming mixtape 'The Funeral Service: There Is No Competition 2' in light of the current situation in Haiti. In a series of follow-up posts, Fab assured fans that the mixtape would arrive at the end of January, but he explained that he wasn't comfortable releasing it just yet. "I appreciate everyone lookin 4 & forward to #TiNc2. It will b #classic. But in light of the Haiti tradegy imma hold of til end of Jan," he wrote.

The Brooklyn rapper specifically address the title of the mixtape, which we thought would touch a sore spot in the wake of the Haiti tragedy. "Its very sad & tragic, & tho I has previously scheduled 2 release it, don't feel good bout talkin 'funeral' n these times," he wrote. "Patience 4 #TiNc2." He promised it would only be another temporary delay. "Its only a week, 10 days at most. And its crazy. Anyone who's heard any of the #TiNc2 mixtape please vouch that its crazy!" he wrote.

Previous release dates for 'The Funeral Service: There Is No Competition 2' mixtape included Dec. 25, 2009 and Jan. 1, 2010.
