Fabolous got a little more than he bargained for during a show in Washington D.C. over the weekend, what started out as a simple performance ended with the rapper's car getting stolen. An avid tweeter, Fab didn't seem to be too bothered by the ordeal, most likely because the car was old. "I mean, if u wanted to ride in the Turtletop Van, jus ask," he tweeted. "I woulda said No ... But thats the better way 2 go about it ... LOL."

Days later the abandoned vehicle was found. "In other news," he continued. "My turtletop van was stolen in DC this weekend. They informed me they found it 2day ... Ppl still steal cars?? #WhoDoesThat." That last part is ironic considering last November the rapper was questioned by Atlanta police about the theft of an extremely rare Lamborghini.

This summer has been full of travel and touring for the Brooklyn native. "Most of the touring is international, these dates I have in the U.S. are spot dates," he told The BoomBox. "[I'm] pretty much just touring overseas, doing some stuff in Europe and Australia, Africa, Belize, Japan. [I'm] looking forward to some of the places I [have] never been before."

Fab's 'No Competition Two' EP is due in stores later this year.
