Erykah Badu apologized to Iggy Azalea during a Twitter Q&A on Monday (Dec. 7). It all started when the neo-soul singer answered a question from a fan who asked her "why you do iggy like that."

If you don't recall, Ms. Badu threw major shade at the Aussie rapper while hosting the 2015 Soul Train Awards in November. In a comedic bit, Badu pretended to receive calls from Andre 3000 and Young Thug and explained to them that they couldn’t come to the awards show because of a "no rap" ban. When Azalea called, the "On and On" singer told her that she to come over because what she’s doing is “definitely not rap.”

During her Twitter Q&A session, Badu seemingly apologized to Iggy because of daughters who are huge fans of the "Fancy" rapper.

"You know what, I want to do this for my daughters. I want to apologize to Iggy Azalea because she's one of their favorite artists and they listen to her all the time," she said. "You know, and it's for them."

But afterwards the 44-year-old songbird went straight Texas mom on tweeters.

"But, when I really think about it I mean if ya'll love her so much won't ya'll go be with her then. Go on be with her ya'll. Go on Puma. Go on Mars," she said. "Is Iggy Azalea gonna miss the healing seminar to go up to the school, sit across from the teacher so she can tell you that all ya'll been doing is talking to your neighbor and not getting your lesson? Is she? Where's Iggy for that?"

We don't know if this officially ends their presumed tiff, but we definitely don't think a Badu and Iggy collaboration will happen anytime soon.

Later on, Badu answered some interesting questions from her fans. One tweeter asked "what does the world need?" to which Badu replied "more LOL and more L.O.V.E."

But the best of all is possibly her relationship advice, especially since she's been known to put the hex on rappers. "You gotta go all the way through it," she said. Badu also spoke about a time when an ex -- she hints at Common -- massaged her feet until she "didn't have no feeling in it." And in another video answer, she hilariously gets sidetracked to recite Frank Zappa's "Cocksuckers Ball" word-for-word.
