Nate Mathers, the 23-year-old half-brother of mega-star Eminem, appeared in Michigan court Aug. 26 for his second DUI charge.

Mathers, who also raps under the name Nate Kane, was pulled over by police in April after failing to yield for an ambulance. A sobriety test was performed, and the Em's younger brother was found to have a blood alcohol level of 0.16, twice the legal limit in Michigan, leading to his arrest. Mathers was served with 100 hours of community service and a $1,000 fine. He must refrain from operating his vehicle for three months and wear an alcohol monitoring ankle bracelet.

The second drunk driving arrest came 15 days after Mathers was convicted for his first DUI. Since the age of 16, Nate has lived with his brother, Eminem. Check out one of his rhymes here.
