Eminem, Usher, Alicia Keys and T-Pain have all been added to the lineup of performers for the 10th annual BET Awards, which will air live from Los Angeles' Shrine auditorium on June 27.

Em and co. will join an all-star list of performers that already includes Ludacris, Diddy, Dirty Money, Rick Ross, Trey Songz and Young Money rappers Drake and Nicki Minaj. T.I. will return to the stage for his first major post-incarceration performance, while Kanye West will make his first award show appearance since his infamous 2009 VMAs stunt.

Prince will be present at the annual show to receive a Lifetime Achievement Award and tribute will be paid to Michael Jackson, two days following the one-year anniversary of his death. John Legend will receive the 2010 Humanitarian Award, which highlights celebrities who have donated their time and money to a charitable cause.
