Without any major media blitz or full-scale tour behind him, Eminem is reigning over the Billboard 200.

'Recovery' -- Em's seventh studio album -- remains at No.1 for the third week in a row since its debut. The album sold 229,000 albums last week for a combined total of 1,287,000 units moved, surpassing initial sales of 2010's hottest acts like Lady Antebellum and Sade. However, the album's predecessor, 'Relapse,' -- released in May of 2009 -- is also making chart headlines. The album, which currently sits at No. 55, silently crossed the double platinum mark this week.

And as Em's second single 'Love the Way You Lie' featuring Rihanna steadily creeps up the Billboard Hot 100 -- it jumped from No. 21 to 13 -- don't expect the Detroit MC to back down anytime soon. 'Recovery''s lead single 'Not Afraid' also jumped two spots on the singles chart to No. 22.
