The people have spoken. Nicki Minaj has been kicked out of the top spot and Elle Varner gets the win in last week's Boombox Battle.

Elle Varner's summer groove track, 'Don't Wanna Dance,' took 64.21 percent of the vote, leaving Nicki and her 'No Flex Zone' Freestyle with only 35.79 percent.

‘Don’t Wanna Dance’ finds the songstress regretting that she hit the club. She’d rather chill on the couch with her boo.

“Though it’s a lot of a fine boys in here I’m still thinking about you / I should try and pretend to be happy for a minute or two / They are playing Weezy / Is this a party?” she coos.

With a soulful beat perfect for summer, the effort is made for those tired of the party scene. A$AP Ferg is featured on the track as her love interest. He just wants her to come home and watch ‘Martin’ with him.

Jeremih competes with Elle this week with his hit track, 'Don't Tell 'Em.' Produced by DJ Mustard and Mick Schultz, the song dropped in May but has been on heavy rotation at just about every radio station in the country.

Using German Eurodance group Snap!'s 'Rhythm is a Dancer' on the hook, the song brings a nostalgic vibe but modernized with Jeremih's silk vocals, an R&B bounce beat and YG's slick rhymes. Off his forthcoming third album, 'Late Nights,' the song takes us to the bedroom as Jeremih gives props to his lady's talents.

"Know you say you down with it / Won't tell em how you hit the ground with it / Girl you know I'm from Chicago / I like to fool Bobby Brown with it / In it, nobody take me out though / You got gifts bring em down to the south pole / Marathon doll gon' puttin' miles / Don't you worry bout it might gon' work it out," the Chi-town crooner sings in the first verse.

Who'll win this week? Elle's cozy-night-in-with-the-boo summer tune? Or Jeremih's steamy bump-and-grind track? Only you can decide. Vote for your favorite artist’s song once per hour until the polls shut down on Tues., Aug. 12, at 10AM ET. So get to it!
