Drake Shoots ‘Wu-Tang Forever’ Remix Video With A$AP Rocky
Drake headed to Harlem, N.Y., to shoot the remix video for 'Wu-Tang Forever' -- the original track is featuring on his third LP, 'Nothing Was the Same.'
Vice was there and has all the juice from the Harlem shoot. Writer Lukas Hodge tracked down Drizzy to find him at the video shoot, which also features A$AP Rocky and a white grand piano. Will one of the rappers tickle the ivories? Hodge says that he told a security guard he was "press" and that's how he infiltrated the area.
The writer recounts his experience, which placed him on a roof looking directly at a platform that held both Drake and A$AP Rocky. There were about 30 people in the area between the camera crew, friends and entourage.
Between takes, Drake needed his hot chocolate, according to his managers who were shouting for the drink to be brought over. The final take included Rocky grabbing a 40 (wrapped in a brown) and pouring it out onto the floor.
When 'Wu-Tang Forever' was initially released, many fans were angered by the Toronto MC's sample of Wu-Tang Clan's 'It's Yourz.'
