Drake's sophomore album, 'Take Care,' has steadily climbed up the charts for its undeniable smashes like 'Headlines' and the title track featuring Rihanna. The 25-year-old rapper is now bringing the latter to life with a set of visuals directed by Yoann Lemoine.

Rihanna Daily reports that the director, who has filmed Katy Perry's 'Teenage Dream' and Lana Del Rey's 'Born to Die,' shared the news he was creating the Young Money rhymer's video with his Twitter followers. He also provided a photo of the three posing together, which can be viewed below.

"Oh by the way I just shot Drake & Rihanna's 'Take Care' video. Beautiful track, amazing artists. EDITING NOW ! http://bit.ly/zCZhAs Almost looks like @drake is photobombing my picture with @rihanna Love you guys. http://twitpic.com/8hxkl6," Lemoine tweeted.

The 'Take Care' video was shot within the month of February considering the 'Talk That Talk' creator's hair is blonde -- Rihanna, 23, dyed her hair last week for an Elle magazine shoot.

Both entertainers will attend Sunday's (Feb. 12) 54th Annual Grammy Awards, held at the Staples Center in L.A.
