Drake Sells Condo for $3.75 million

Hold on we're going home. Drake has sold his Toronto condo for a cool $3.75 million.

According to the listing for the property, the condo, located in Toronto's upscale Yorkville neighborhood, was initially up for over $4 million. However, someone got a "steal" at just under the asking price.

What's it like to live like a rap superstar? The digs feature a design by world class architect Robert Stern, private elevator access, multiple heated terraces and generous entertaining space.

Five-star amenities include concierge services, valet and guest parking, indoor pool, exercise room, party room, guest suites and a car wash bay.
