Drake is working on new music with French Montana. But according to the DJ Akademiks, it appears that Drake is aiming shots at Joe Budden.

"French Montana got him the Drake stimulus package," read the tweet by DJ Akademiks with the snippet. "Oh and drake might. Keyword might. Be ending Joe Budden career," it continued.

DJ Akademiks also shared a snippet of the track with the tweet. In the snippet, Montana boasts that he's "all about the moola" before the Toronto rhymer heads into his verse by saying "pump, pump, pump it up" -- which is also the lyrics in one of Budden's biggest tracks, "Pump It Up."

The track may be a retaliation after Budden said Drake was "uninspired" on his latest album Views on his podcast, I'll Name This Podcast Later. But the 35-year-old rapper isn't getting his response track ready yet.

"Let’s not jump to conclusions Sir," read a tweet by Budden in response to a fan who asked whether or not Drake was "coming" for him. The tweet has since been deleted.

This won't be the first time that Drake and French Montana collaborated. The two appear on 2012's "Stay Schemin" and 2013's "Pop That." Now, it seems that they're ready to take the rap world by storm again. But, until we hear the full track, it's all speculation on whether or not Drake will address Budden.

In the meantime, Drake is gearing up for his hosting duties on Saturday Night Live this weekend and so far it's looking to be a hilarious episode.
