After tearing his ACL back in June, there was some doubt as to whether Drake would be able to perform on the "America's Most Wanted," tour with Lil Wayne, Young Jeezy and Soulja Boy. But last week, before the tour kicked off, Drake told MTV news that he made the decision to perform. "I didn't really get any approval from my doctor, but I made a personal decision 48 hours ago that I'd be letting a lot of people down if I didn't show up and at least show them I'm there for them," he said.

The Canadian rapper settled on performing a short, three-song set, but still hurt himself during the Friday night show at the Susquehanna Bank Center in Camden, NJ. Video footage of the concert shows Drake slipping onstage and collapsing a during a performance of 'Best I Ever Had,' with Wayne. He is immediately carried off the stage to receive medical attention, while Wayne finishes up the song alone, joking with the crowd about getting extra insurance for the tour.

After the incident, Drake Tweeted to Hot 97's Miss Info that he was doing fine. "We straight," he wrote. "Just to show that this ACL sh-- ain't a joke. Thanks for the support, and we'll be back ... Young moola." He later followed up with a Tweet to his fans, reassuring everyone that he was fine. "All is well...," he wrote. "On the bus laying down... Getting surgery this week but I'm walking. Thank my whole YM family for the help. Lion Hearts!"
