Legendary West Coast producer Dr. Dre made an appearance at the Boston's Fenway Stadium on April 4 for Opening Day, and in an interview with the New England Sports Network, announced that the lead single of his long-awaited album 'Detox' will be entitled 'Under Pressure,' featuring Jay-Z.

Plugging his new Red Sox edition Beats by Dre headphones the rapper revealed that his favorite member of the team is none other than first baseman David "Big Papi" Ortiz. Dre is such a fan of Ortiz that when asked whom he would like to adopt 'Under Pressure' for at-bat music during the 2010 season, Dre replied without pause, "Absolutely, Big Papi."

If Jay-Z's New York Yankees theme 'Empire State of Mind' is any indication, 'Under Pressure' should be a good look for both Ortiz and the Red Sox organization, though we'd be interested to see what Jiggaman has to say about his collaboration playing for the rival team.

Dre's album, 'Detox' is said to also feature Lil Wayne, 50 Cent, Eminem and T.I.. Though it has yet to receive a real release date, the mere mention of a lead single is promising.
