Dr. Dre reportedly is not happy about Michel'le’s new television movie that’s set to air on Lifetime next weekend.

According to TMZ, the veteran producer threatened legal action against Sony Pictures if the Lifetime movie, Surviving Compton: Dre, Suge & Michel'le, depicts him as a woman beater. Apparently, Dre’s attorneys fired off a cease-and-desist letter to Sony Pictures vehemently denying that he ever beat Michel’le. The lawyers claim that the couple have dated for 30 years and the “Something In My Heart" singer has never sought medical treatment or filed a police report during their years together.

TMZ claims that Dre's character in the movie is extremely violent and there are scenes where he's attacking Michel'le by pulling on her hair, punching her in the face and even pulling a gun on her. In the film's trailer, Dre is seen being very angry at Michel’le and threatens to “kick her ass” if she doesn’t finish a particular track.

Dre's attorneys have also issued a warning to Michel'le to back off as well - whatever that means.

Michel'le's other former boyfriend Suge Knight also threatened to sue Lifetime if the movie "defames him."

Attorneys for Michel'le, Sony Pictures and Lifetime TV had no comment on the matter.

The Lifetime movie Surviving Compton: Dre, Suge & Michel'le will air on Oct. 15 at 8PM ET.
