Cloth Alert! DJ Khaled is about to be the ultimate Miami Heat fan with his next proposed business move.

TMZ Sports chatted with the Miami producer about his favorite team, who are in the running for this year's NBA Championship. But Khaled has other mogul move on his mind.

“I would love to talk to the Heat [and see if they’d] let me be a owner, even if it’s one percent," he said. "Either way, I’m there representing courtside. And if I’m out of town, I’m representing. I bleed Miami. It’s Miami Heat for life. It’s Miami everything."

The We the Best leader is even willing to welcome LeBron James back to the Florida team -- but he has no ill will towards him if he stays with his hometown team, the Cleveland Cavaliers, either.

“I’ve got nothing but love for LeBron James,” said Khaled. "If he came back to Miami, smartest decision he ever made in his career. But where he’s at, it’s a blessing for him, too.”

Khaled signed with Roc Nation earlier this year and he's already making moves similar to Jay Z. The Jigga man famously held one-sixth percent of one percent of the Brooklyn Nets. In Khaled's case, with the Miami Heat value set at $1.3 billion, a one percent ownership claim would tally up to $13 million.

It's definitely looking like a good investment for Khaled though. The Heat earned a 22-point win last night against the Charlotte Hornets as they continue in the NBA playoffs. But only time will tell if Khaled will get "the keys" to the investment deal.
