Diddy is reportedly putting his New Jersey mansion on the market.

According to the New York Post, the hip-hop mogul's real estate broker has confirmed that the 17,000 square foot, seven-bedroom Colonial-style family home was put on the market for $13.5 million Tuesday (June 29). Situated on three acres, with a six-car garage, swimming pool with waterfall, hot tub, putting green and tennis court, the 26-room home also features a home theater, gym and indoor squash court.

Diddy bought the Alpine, N.J. home for his longtime girlfriend Kim Porter and their son Christian back in 2004, for a paltry $6 million, but has opted to sell the property now that the couple, who had twin daughters in 2006, but broke up in 2007, are both "spending more time in Los Angeles," according to the Post's source.

Diddy still maintains ownership of properties in New York, Atlanta and Miami, and recently bought Porter a six bedroom mansion in Toluca Lake, Calif.
