An interview between Diddy and Bravo's James Lipton has been filed away in our wildest dreams for years, but luckily we'll finally get the experience on television screens this May. As is his style, Diddy announced an appearance on the famed 'Inside the Actors Studio' via Twitter. The show is set to film this week and should be an in-depth exploration of Diddy's work in the film and music worlds over the last two decades.

"Filming 'Inside the Actors Studio' with James Lipton tomorrow!" wrote Diddy on Twitter April 12. "Excited to meet all these students! What an honor & a blessing! Airs May 25!"

He seems excited! Diddy, who is usually billed under his street name Sean Combs when acting, doesn't actually have a very extensive career on the silver screen. He made his debut in the 2001 mobster comedy (and 'Swingers' reunion) 'Made' and had a cameo in the powerful 'Monster's Ball' soon after. He did hit the TV movie circuit for a well-received stint in 'A Raisin in the Sun' in 2008 and is set to appear in the Judd Apatow comedy 'Get Him to the Greek' on June 4.
