Diddy is all about the hustle. But the grind wasn’t easy for the Bad Boy Records founder. The rap mogul details his hard work and success in a new short film for Ciroc.

The two-minute short film, titled Let’s Get It, features the 46-year-old executive detailing his story of his hustle. From having four different paper routes, to staying up late in the studio creating his sonic masterpieces, the grind doesn’t stop for the Diddster.

"I grew up wanting to change the world. Now I want to inspire and empower the next generation to dream big, work hard, and make their own success," said Sean "Diddy" Combs in a press release. "I am using my story to encourage others to follow their dreams and achieve greatness, and together with CÎROC, fueling the spirit of the hustle and celebrating the journey."

The film also stars two of Diddy's good friends French Montana and DJ Khaled. Both men are very familiar with with hustle and have been inspired by Diddy's nonstop work ethic.

Helmed by Emmy Award-winner director Zach Heinzerling, Let's Get It is a motivational film highlighting the upsides and the downsides of Diddy's successful journey in both the music and fashion worlds.

The Let's Get It :30 and :15 seconds spots will run on CNN, Bravo, CNBC, USA, BET, VH1, TV1, REVOLT and more starting on Sept. 5. In addition, Ciroc has also created a :15 advertisement dedicated to drinking responsibility.

As we celebrate the Labor Day weekend, Diddy wants to remind his fans that whether you are coming up in the world or coming home from a few drinks, get there safely. No drinking and driving allowed.

And remember, the grind doesn't stop. Take that, take that.
