Daz Dillinger is taking a unique approach to his upcoming album. Tha Dogg Pound member is sweetening the deal for his 14th studio LP 'D.A.Z.' by packaging the album with a scale that's intended to be used to weigh marijuana and other substances.

The package comes with a hefty price tag, though. Fans interested in purchasing the new LP-scale combo will have to shell out $59.99. The scale is included inside the CD jewel case and can accurately measure up to 500 grams. In a promotional clip for the album, the West Coast rapper shows off the unique packaging by placing a Styrofoam cup on the scale and weighing some weed in it.

The MC's 14th independent solo project will include 10 songs and channel the classic West Coast vibe. The LP, the follow-up to last year's joint release with Kurupt '100 Ways,' is set to include guest features from Snoop Dogg, Ice Cube, Soopafly and Mac Shawn 100. The album is expected to hit stores in April. We wouldn't be surprised if it came out on the 20th of that month, either.
