Hurricane Harvey continues to devastate Texas, as the storm landed in Beaumont and Port Arthur, Texas last night, dropping record-shattering rainfall on the area, which is located approximately 90 miles east of Houston.

“Many Texans in and around Beaumont [and] Port Arthur are fighting for their lives against an incredible amount of water,” said NBC News Meteorologist Bill Karins. “This is just as bad if not worse than flooding in Houston.”

CBS News reports that Jefferson County Sheriff Zena Stephens told KFDM county resources can't reach Port Arthur due to the flooding -- and some residents have gone into "survival mode."

Port Arthur began trending on Twitter, as residents trapped in their homes began posting their entire addresses online as they pleaded for help, many saying that elderly family members and babies were trapped in the rising waters. David Banner began posting information on his Instagram and Twitter pages, asking officials for assistance and offering emergency numbers to those who are trapped.

Celebrities have risen to the occasion following the flooding in Houston, donating large sums of money to relief efforts. Houston rapper, Trae Tha Truth was out rescuing people in Houston yesterday on a boat.

As for Port Arthur and Beaumont, below is emergency information for those who are trapped, and awaiting assistance, as residents continue to fight for survival in this catastrophic flooding.
