While everyone was out shopping on Black Friday, Dave East surprised fans with a new musical project. His latest mixtape, Karma, follows behind Paranoia: A True Story, a project that he dropped back in August.

The 16-song collection, hosted by DJ Holiday, features guest appearances from Chris Brown, Lil Durk, Moneybagg Yo, Don Q, Kap G and others.

Standout tracks on the project include the flute-driven “How U Gangsta” where East admonishes fake gangsters, the hard-hitting “Militant” where the Harlem rhymer drops tough bars over a throbbing, bass-heavy productions. On the orchestral banger “Made It Worse,” East spits reflective rhymes about the street life that he’s now left behind. On the melodic “Hate Being Broke,” East is grateful of escaping the streets as he now pursues a fruitful rap career.

Aside from a few beefs, the self-proclaimed King of Harlem is having a great year, so far. His Paranoia: A True Story project boasts the fan-favorite tracks "Perfect" (featuring Chris Brown) and "Phone Jumpin'" (featuring Wiz Khalifa).

Dave East’s Karma mixtape is available for streaming at DatPiff.com and other digital outlets.
