Dave East Shares Creative Visuals for ‘It Was Written’ [WATCH]

Dave East is back with another visual off his most recently released album Kairi Chanel. The Def Jam/Mass Appeal signee dropped a music video today for his Nas-inspired song and the intro to the tape, "It Was Written".

In the Joe Puma directed video, Dave raps about his past and witnessing his dreams come to reality in the present, sentence after sentence.

"Imagine Nas signed you, hell of a dream/ Somebody pinch me/ Promise nothing they say ever getting to me/ Used to watch House Party, now Kidd and Play listen to me/ This that talk that make the hustlers want to open shop/ This that stash house talk, don't let 'em know the spot," the Harlem MC raps.
